ReadCoin
Reading that pays you back. Own books as NFTs, unlock milestone rewards, and resell on a working secondary market.
Introduction
ReadCoin replaces the rental model for digital books. Readers own NFT editions, earn $RDC at reading milestones, stake a Reader Pass to unlock rewards, and keep assets they can sell when they finish.
Readers earn 20 RDC at 20%, 50%, and 100% completion, based on verified reading progress. The earn loop is built for finishers, not drop-off.

The problem
Digital books were rental,
not ownership.
Readers paid, read, and walked away with nothing: no resale, no record of completion, no reason to finish. Libraries stayed on the platform, not in the reader's wallet. Without milestones or upside, attention faded and the earn loop never started.
Onboarding
Walkthrough that earns trust before wallet connect

The first-run flow explains ownership, milestones, and Reader Pass staking in plain language, before anyone connects a wallet or mints a first book.
Ownership
NFT books with real secondary-market upside
Connect a wallet and buy books minted as NFTs. Readers purchase to own, not to rent. When they finish, they can list the book on the secondary market.

Writer side
Launch experience for authors and publishers

Writers get the same clarity as readers: launch screens, guided walkthroughs, and a dashboard for sales, milestones, and community activity, without leading with Web3 jargon.

The outcome
- 60RDC earnable per book
- 4NFT achievement tiers
- 3×Milestones at 20, 50, 100%
- ∞Earn loop: tokens, books, community
Reading finally felt worth finishing. I hit the milestones, kept the book, and still owned something I could sell.
